RTT Therapist and Coach
After spending 4½ years working with people in crisis at the Samaritans, I felt a deep need to offer more than just a listening ear—I wanted to provide real, tangible tools to help people break free from their pain, shitty habits or limiting beliefs. Too often, I saw people talk about their struggles but continue living with them. That's why I turned to Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). I was searching for a way to help people achieve real, lasting change—and RTT provided the answers I’d been seeking.
In 2022, I faced my own breakdown. I know firsthand how hard it can be to keep going when your mind seems wired against you. Like so many others, I was stuck in the expectation to “just get on with it.” But what I learned was that the most effective treatment is the one that bypasses the conscious mind entirely—and that’s where RTT comes in.
You don’t have to live in normalized misery. Most people think there’s no way out, but the truth is, you simply need the right tools. Our brains are naturally wired to exaggerate negative experiences—it's a survival mechanism. But no one teaches us how to counteract that. Through RTT, I help you drop the heavy burden you've been carrying, freeing you to reconnect with who you truly are.
Why i do this work
My passion is to help people live better lives than they ever believed possible. I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal, even when they can’t see it themselves. My approach is relatable, non-judgmental, and full of empathy. Every client is different, but one thing stays the same: the results are transformative. Whether it’s breaking old patterns, healing emotional wounds, or rewiring the mind to embrace new possibilities, RTT activates the real you.
I truly believe humans are needlessly suffering because they don't know the power they hold in their minds.
